”If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!”

”I was given a room key and went off to my room. When I entered the room a lady screamed at me to get out and called the front desk on me. Of course they knew it was their fault for not checking her in properly and thinking the room was empty. Made for a poor experience.”

”Stayed one night. Surprised reviews aren’t more positive as this was wonderful! Beautiful grounds with blooming flowers. Relaxing sitting areas with water views and easy access from highway. Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Fabulous shower. Loved the full size fridge and stove, but still wish breakfast was available onsite.”

”Room was very clean and housekeeping was quite communicative. The hotel is gorgeous inside and everything is in mint condition. The lobby area has free plates, forks, maps, and coffee! Very comfortable and warming place!! Property was a two minute walk to the river and the views were amazing!”

”Overall Skamania Lodge is really great and a great place to visit. We booked two Premier King rooms and they both were overlooking the river. The view and the rooms itself were really great. The reason to give poor ratings is because of the staff. Our room heater/cooling system was not functioning and we tried to call for help at Guest services. None of them came till 20mins post that, and given it was getting late, we called again. The person at the front desk who said his name was Derek, said...

”The motel was overrated. It lacks some basic services, no continental breakfast, not enough light in the room, no closet, bathroom door jams all the times. I would not stay at this property again.”

”The cabin was very clean, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They responded quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the amenities could use some improvement. The check-in process was more complicated than expected due to the amount of documentation that needed to be uploaded. Additionally, the checkout time was too early. With a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM checkout, it felt like there was very limited time to enjoy the cabin beyond simply sleeping there.”
