”The hotel furnishings are showing their age. Property seemed well maintained and room was clean. First room assigned had problem with lights by bed and a dead house phone. Desk personnel reassigned to larger room at no charge. Bed was ok though a bit soft for me.
Breakfast was ok to good (same items for three days we visited), and the dining area was clean and kept tidy.
Hotel personnel at front desk, dining area, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
I rated the stay as good...

”I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!!
Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!”

”Free parking and breakfast. Breakfast was OK not great. Room was clean. Linens were thin. Needs a little touch up here and there. Price was a little high for that hotel. This is my second stay there in 6 months and I would probably stay there again.”
