Upea järvinäköala ja upeat auringonlaskut !!

Tämä talo sijaitsee Great Lake View Drive -kadulla; osoite ei kuitenkaan tee tätä omaisuusoikeutta .... sillä on mahtava järvinäköala !!! Näkymä on niin rauhallinen et halua lähteä. Se on Ozarks-järven Osage -armen 41 mm: n matkalla noin 10 minuuttia Laurien, MO: n ulkopuolella, missä on ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, jäätelökauppaa jne. Tämä avoin konseptitalo uudistettiin kokonaan tappiin viimeisen vuoden aikana ja siihen sisältyy: keittiö, 3 kylpyhuonetta, parvi-alue lapsille, lattia, uudet huonekalut koko alueella ja uusi 500 neliömetrin kansi, jossa on grilli. Tässä 2 100 neliöjalkaa kodissa on kaksi oleskelualuetta, kuiva baari, jossa alakerrassa täysi jääkaappi, pesukone / kuivausrumpu avuksesi ja nukkuu jopa 10 aikuista ja 4 lasta mukavasti (3 queen beds, 2 kerrossänky twin topilla [vain lapset) ] / täysi pohja ja 2 kuningatar vuodesohvaa). Pihalla on runsaasti tilaa kerätä paloaukon ympärille tai vain rentoutua ja nauttia järvinäkymästä. Käytettävissäsi on myös oma telakka, jossa on 12x28-liukuinen, PWC-liukukisko ja suuri uima-alusta, joka takaa miellyttävän perheen veneilijöitä ja uimareita.

I am very pleased with the cleanliness and accurate description of the property.The check-in process was straightforward, and the kitchen was equipped with basic necessities.I observed a few areas that could potentially enhance the rental experience.The gas grill appears to have significant rust inside.A handrail on the cement steps would be beneficial.The dryer vent seems to be quite clogged and may require thorough cleaning.We did our best to remove some of the blockage.There was some repairmen that showed up to repair the loose boards, wasnt notified about. They kind of got chewed out for not knowing who they were. We apologized to them. Strangers around the house.

The house could have been cleaner, we found lots of crumbs and trash in the downstairs couch. Shower curtains were dirty and the liners too. Furniture was not comfortable in basement; furniture was minimal upstairs. Several of the outdoor chairs were near broken so we did not use them. Kitchen was nice/updated and fairly equipped. The wave runner slip was gone, so that could not be used.

Awesome House - Questionable Dock

We absolutely love the home and location. The dock has some structural issues that haven't been addressed and an underwater hazard that isn't marked at all. As long as you're careful on dock and avoid diving off the dock in certain areas, its manageable.

Great Location for Family Vacation

The view of the lake is wonderful. Plenty of family gathering space with the open kitchen and eating area. The kids will love the loft to have their own space! The deck is large with lots of seating available! The dock is very nice and convenient.

Great Stay!

Wonderful time on the lake. Best part is no TV in main living area! Don’t need it with the beautiful views. We enjoyed our time together cooking, listening to music , and playing Family Feud between the 2 families! Enjoyed swimming off the dock and just floating! Very private too! House was well stocked and beds comfortable! Very clean too! It was a great stay and great memories were made! Will definitely be back! Thank you for offering your lovely lake home!

Outstanding first visit

First time to Lake of the Ozarks and was so impressed with our entire trip. The house was amazing and fit our large families needs. Loved the basement bunk room for our grandbaby. She slept so sound in the dark, quiet room. We also loved the family-size dinner table where we could all be. We rented a boat and enjoyed the ease of having a boat slip available so we could make multiple trips throughout the day. We are already planning next year's vacation and will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay!

Quiet location. Nice home, deck, and dock. Great for our group of 4 couples. A few things to note, if you plan on doing majority meals in, consider bringing some larger bowls, or Tupperware as there is limited supply and mostly on the smaller side. There were only 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 hand towels in bathrooms so if you use more than one or have extra people you may want to bring a couple. Same with dish towels.. there were 2-3 wash clothes & 2-3 towels. We ended up doing laundry every day. No complaints-just a few things to note when packing :).

Beautiful updates home with lots of space!

This was our third year coming out to this home. We absolutely love it and have never had any complaints. Very clean, spacious and modern decor. The deck is huge and overlooks the lake. The kitchen has everything you need for large or small meals. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone and are already looking g forward to our trip next year!

Awesome place to stay for vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The location is awesome. We enjoyed the serenity of the place. The property itself is very well maintained. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. We were a party of 6 adults and 4 kids but never felt crowded. There was room for all of us. We will definitely come back for future reunions….. but one thing is missing i.e need to upgrade TV and cable connections

Positives: Great area. Peaceful and quiet. Easy to unwind and relax. Plenty of room to spread out. Awesome lake front property. Nice dock. Negatives: Not located next to a lot of things, bit of a drive to get anywhere. Many light bulbs were out, both inside and out. Many light covers filled with bugs. Lower level fridge did not cool at all, but bottom freezer worked. Cobwebs in many corners and dirty ceiling fans.
