”Booked a 2 queen room. Put us in a 1 king room without even saying anything to us. Staff was very very rude thinking some Hilton points would make up for it and kids having to sleep on the floor. Room was dirty when we got in there, bare wires on top of the closet, hanging fixtures in the room. Nobody ever at the front desk to assist. I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this was the worst by far. I understand growing pains for a new hotel but this was unacceptable. Don’t even try getting breakfast…....

”Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like Snoop just left. We set our bags down and we noticed that the door looked like it had been kicked in once. Deadbolt wouldn’t work, door could be pushed open. The cigarette would burns in the bathroom were a great touch. Room looks nothing like pictures. Not so super.”

”You get what you pay for. It wasn't super clean, but it wasn't awful either. Didn't feel super safe. We didn't really need the staff for anything, so can't really speak to that. Not sure I would stay again.”

”We found the room to be extremely dirty. The bathroom was NOT maintained, and in the middle of the night my wife found bugs crawling across her foot. The bedspread was holey and there was not even an ice bucket in the room. We were planning on staying two nights, but checked out after the first and found someplace else to stay. On the plus side, the staff was "understanding" the next morning, and 'supposedly' we will be compensated for our inconvenience ... although we have not yet seen...

”Everything was bad. Beds were dirty and had cigarette holes. Mud and dirty on sheets and side of bed and walls. Not fire alarm installed and smelled horrible. The entire place was dirty. Arrived at hotel at 300 and by 315 asked and received a full refund for stay and booked another room some where else. Safety is a concern.”
