”The Hotel is old on the day we checked in our room had a strong order of chemicals. The edges of the floor were dirty, flies in the room, next to and behind the furniture was dirty with tissues and paper from previous patrons, dog kibble in several placed on the floor (we were told it wasn't a room for pets. When I asked to be moved due to the urine smell & chemical smell and how it was causing irritation to my throat. I was told no!, there were no other rooms available. I mentioned to the...

”Room was clean. However bed needs topper,was like sleeping on a brick. The amenities was free coffee in the morning. Hotel outside needs update,painting.”

”When this room was booked it was the Astoria Crest Hotel, when I arrived it was The Herondale Hotel. They did not have my reservation from Expedia and the person at the "desk" was a little befuddled. The property is still under construction. Having said that, the room #123, was beautiful and well appointed.”

”Wonderful property, great location. I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks.”

”We had a nice room looking out over the Columbia River, which is pretty much right out the back door of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We’d stay there again.”

”This hotel could be a 5 star if: 1. They got rid of the low boy toilets 2. They got a better toilet paper - it is truly paper, bring your own 3. They had handheld shower head 4. They had better coffee in the room and in the breakfast area”

”Place was convenient, clean, and affordable. It was nice to have to separate 'bedrooms' with the bathroom wall being the divider. The bed was fine although my husband found it uncomfortable. Nice place for a short stay.”

”Parking was not available unless you wanted to move your car every two hours or risk unsafe areas. Breakfast was available at restaurant. Staff when onsite were great but often not there. Room was clean. Noise outside was terrible. No AC so windows were open. Will not be back.”

”They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...
