”What a unique find for our Florida getaway! We loved the atmosphere of the grounds and the Backyard of Love . The Tropical Bird room was perfect for two. The attached kitchen had all of the amenities and was clean and efficient. AC worked well and the available beach chairs and shuttle to the beach made the whole visit as easy as could be. The only suggestion I would make is to share with guests how to sign up for the yoga or pizza nights when you register. These were booked in advance so we...

”The hotel lobby was clean, but the hallways, the bathroom floor in our room was not clean. Our sheets look like they had been slept in and there was makeup on the cover.”

”This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.”

”The outside is perfect, however the room we stayed in has an odor. It’s a very old building. When we went to check in they charged us 69.00 for parking and I went through Expedia and all fees were advertised as paid when I booked so I was very disappointed with the false advertising.”

”This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

”It was good overall. Excellent location and comfortable condo. I just wish there was another shower on the second level. The shower downstairs was small and too wet for a larger group to take several showers in a row. Overall we had great time. Beautiful beach and nice clean pool. Loves the couch with massage chairs. ”We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
