”Very beautiful hotel near the Schlossberg. The room had a great atmosphere with very nice decor. The room was quite spacey as well. Breakfast was very high quality, for the price 21 euros it was worth it. I had a small complaint about the noices but the staff took it very well and reacted. The staff was extremely friendly and polite throughout my whole visit. Would recommend the hotel anyday!”

”Syy tämän hotellin valitsemiselle oli hinta. Tiesin, että Grazista löytyy kivempia hotelleja, mutta mielestäni hinta-laatu suhde kohtaa tässä hotellissa hyvin. Keskustaan kävelymatka tai sitten ratikalla. Hotelli on ihan ok, toki parkkitilaa on aika rajallisesti, joskin saimme kyllä paikan. Pysäköintimaksu oli 12 euroo/yö. Hotelli sijaitsee päärautatieaseman vieressä, mutta alue ihan ok. Emme syöneet hotellin aamupalaa (ei kuulunut hintaan). Huone oli pieni ja siinä oli aika erikoinen...

”2 night weekend trip in Graz. Chose this hotel mainlu due to the central location which is very convenient indeed if you wish to walk around main sights. Also very close to many great restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choises and high quality. Bar was also nice, cozy athmosphere, drinks ok. Rooms however, are quite odd. Lots of space but not very well utilized. The furnitures weird and quite worn. Bed not very comfortable. Also can hear noises from rooms next door.”

”Spent two nights here. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was quite dusty (had carpeted floor), and it was very hot, making sleeping uncomfortable. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Breakfast was decent. Would expect a bit more from a 4 star stay.”

”Hotel was very easy to get to by tram from the railway station. Everything you need is within walking distance, and should you need to get around, for me the tram was the way, as several tram lines go through Jakominiplatz right next to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, and they spoke very good English. The rooms were tidied every day, and the cleanliness level overall was high. There were some free toiletries, mainly soap and shower gel, but no shampoo nor conditioner. I...
