Bright apartment in the city center

This newly renovated apartment in a historic building in the heart of Graz offers three bedrooms and a balcony in a spacious layout. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Jakominiplatz, the city’s central transportation hub, from which all attractions are easily accessible. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building with modern comforts—ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers who want to stay close to the city center yet still enjoy a cozy atmosphere. The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a study with a desk and another sofa bed. There’s also a balcony overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The floors are hardwood. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out the perfect living experience. In the bathroom, which features a shower, my guests have access to a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. The city of Graz charges a €2.50 tourist tax per person per night; please pay this in cash at checkout. If you need a parking spot, there’s an affordable parking garage nearby (a 5-minute walk) where you can park your car.
