- Seasonal access to a favorite local neighborhood 2-mile hike to the Green River, commonly known as the "Haley Rd" hike Or formally known as McAllister Park. The rea gate takes you to a private access otherwise, guests may walk (or drive) to the end of Highland to meet the trail head.
- Gardens with perennials, fruit trees, and seasonal berries to pick and eat.
- The backyard is South-West facing so you have plenty of light, with pretty sunsets.

Location:
- Highland is less than 5 minutes to the center of Great Barrington and walkable to town - about 15-20 minutes
- 10 minutes to Ski Butternut and less than 15 to Ski Catamount.
- less than 1/2 mile (and also walkable) to Lake Mansfield Park (another local favorite) for sandy beach swimming, play ground, charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a sweet hike. Parking available.
- 25 minutes to Tanglewood

- Adult groups must all be at least 25 years old to book. Children are always welcome with responsible adult.
