Yksityinen maalaismainen mökki pääsy järvelle

Tervetuloa Buel-järvelle! Tämä hiljattain remontoitu mökki on ollut vanha suosikki sukupolvien ajan 1950-luvulta lähtien. Dramaattisella kaltevalla kukkulalla sijaitseva ainutlaatuinen paikka tarjoaa yksityisyyden umpikujassa olevalle tielle ja on 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vedestä. Tuo veneesi ja pysäköi se yhteiselle telakalle tai käytä kanootti- ja pelastusliivejäsi vesiseikkailuihisi. Kaikki ovat tervetulleita kokemaan tätä tilaa ja ympäröivää aluetta.

Family wedding save

We had a family wedding being held at Gedney Farmers 20 minutes away and it was the perfect location! Hotels near the venue were full and this home saved the day! Booking was easy and communication was efficient. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Very clean and well taken care of, quick walk to the lake (though it was very buggy in the area!), secluded, nice and easy drive to Great Barrington or Southfield, etc. Lindsey and Steven were incredibly responsive and kind and left us a little welcome gift and some helpful tips in the form of notes. We especially loved the little "porch" that could have it's screened windows opened for cool mornings with coffee. Just a note as your perusing/preparing for your trip that this property is not wheel-accessible (stroller or otherwise) and that coffee/tea were not provided (shower toiletries were though!)

A quiet, peaceful oasis

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was so quiet and peaceful. I loved having a stovetop, oven, microwave, and full fridge for cooking my meals. Owners clearly care about guests having a good experience. They responded promptly when I contacted them prior to and during my stay.

Winter Get Away

I am originally from Western Mass, and was looking for a quiet get away for my fiancé and I for my birthday weekend. This more than fit the bill, we had many romantic nights in front of the fire (big y or tractor supply good for indoor wood). The cabin was delightful, quaint. And it was so quiet this time of year with no one else around us, which was just what I was looking for. Our hosts were great, made everything very easy for check in and check out and were easily valve through the App. Perfect winter getaway.

Great Hosts, Great Location

Steve and Lindsey were super responsive and also proactive. We stayed for about one month. They provided a canoe and when they heard we had friends coming up gave us access to second one. When the weather turned unseasonably cold this summer they brought over space heaters in case we needed. The house was well equipped and the location is an easy drive to Great Barrington and the various cultural sites in the Berkshires and Columbia County.

Tanglewood Enchantment

Great location just one house back from Lake Beul with a 3-minute walk to the dock shared with several other houses. We spent most of our time at Tanglewood soaking in some great music but, when at the house we very much enjoyed the outdoor features. We had a small fire in the little fire pit on the patio every night; the bugs did not carry us away. We are regular Tanglewood folks and will try to rent this house again.

Perfect Retreat

Our son and his family enjoyed their stay immensely!! This was a repeat visit from last year. While everything was great last year, they loved the work that has been done to make the place even better. They are hoping to return again next summer!!

A charming little place. We will be back!

A very nice stay. Communication with the host was great. We kept bothering her with questions and she responded quickly. The place is really beautiful. We lit a fire each night and played some of the provided games and watched Netflix. It's an easy drive to Great Barrington to get groceries at the Berkshire coop. We also took advantage of our surroundings and hikes on the AT a little each day. Next time we'll use the host's canoe to explore Lake Buel. The only minor complaint I would have is the bed. We're used to a king at home so sleeping was a little tough. And, it's creaky. But it was very comfortable. Just smaller than we're used to. I highly recommend this VRBO. We'll be back!

Berkshire's Best

We're planning on coming back. Quite tucked away cabin on Lake Buel. Made the stay memorable from the get-go. We came here for a birthday weekend. They bought a delicious chocolate raspberry cake to welcome us. The directions to the property were clear and concise. We had 1 small hiccup forgetting keys in the house after we locked the door. They came by and unlocked it while we were out. Highly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful, cozy getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage! There was just enough room to have together time yet also have our separate spaces. The lake side neighborhood was beautiful to walk around and it was wonderful to know we had the option to canoe. Lindsey thoughtfully made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. If I find myself headed back to the Berkshires, I’d stay here again!

True cabin experience , We were so lucky to come across this gem and the couple of nights spent there were not nearly long enough. Super helpful owners and although there were other cabins nearby we felt very secluded and relaxed, never crowded

Exactly what we needed

This is a wonderfully simple cabin that has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It is cozy, comfortable, and charming. We were here for two days and managed to swim in the lake twice, canoe once, s’mores over the fire pit, and relax a ton. Great hosts who checked in and made sure we knew the lay of the land. We really loved this spot and will be back.
