”Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.”

”This hotel is terrible. The staff is rude and don't communicate with each other at all. One person says one thing and the other says another. My checkout was 11:00 and as I was sitting down waiting on my taxi they were banging on my door at 10:30 asking when I was leaving. I would not stay here again! Try the hotel next door I believe it's called "Holland" hotel? Do not book here! ”

”I had a great stay at Midtown Motel in Philipsburg for a month! The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed: a big fridge, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for my remote work. ”Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony. ”

”Room was clean and large but needs updated. Bathroom has low tiolets and sinks we stayed in flamboyant building. Oceanfront room view was nice view. Front desk staff, maid services and beach towels staff were helpful. Beach bar and beach staff not friendly and a bit rude. I was told to get my own table and chair after waiting to get an answer as they look like they were sleeping ”
