”This is a nice older home near downtown. The cleanliness was ok but there were sheets left in the dryer and some unfolded towels in the closet. The owner was very great. We were in town with an Ill relative and needed to stay a day longer and he was very polite and informative. He was also quick to respond.”

The home is as described and offers updated amenities with an historic charm. I highly recommend it and will stay there during future visits to the area.”

”The cabin is meticulously maintained and no detail has been overlooked. We had everything we needed - kitchen-wise - to make a nice dinner and enjoyed sitting on the back deck before dinner while our pups explored the fenced yard. Beds are comfy and you just can't beat falling asleep under one of the beautiful hand-made quits. We spent a few minutes at the Three Crosses Church before we left the area (it is just down the road) and it was well worth the time. An amazing architectural wonder and...

”We loved this property for our weekend pheasant hunting trip to Stafford County. Place was perfect for our large gathering and we took advantage of the kitchen, the grill and the picturesque views all around. The lodge was comfy with plenty of rooms and beds for the whole party. The open Kitchen, Dining and Living Room area was perfect for hanging out. Had a great hunters breakfast at the Wheatland Cafe in Hudson, a can't miss. Look forward to coming back here next year!”

It’s about a 30 minute drive from the closest town which was fine but make sure you have what you need prior to heading out. We enjoyed the fire pit and pool table. Plenty of space for our family.
