”Great location & A great host
Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night.
The bedroom we had was small.
The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony,which you could leave open at night for some air flow.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total
1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow.
2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies
Great breakfast too.

”We really enjoyed our stay in Herold’s bay, our host was in touch with us on the lead up to the stay and then met us on the location and helped us with parking, she was very friendly. The room had a wonderful view over the beach and we loved the convenience of the restaurant next door to our stay. It had everything we needed for our night’s stay before heading off to George airport the following morning.”

”First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start.
Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that I’ll hope to not repeat. Somebody didn’t think this place through.”
