”I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant...

”The good news is that this hotel met the minimum requirements. It was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed.
But it is not well-maintained:
- Our room was a 3rd-floor walkup. The only elevator only reaches half the rooms (one side) of the hotel
- There was no ceiling light in our room, and the desk light was dead. The front desk staff eventually brought us a new lightbulb. (They have no maintenance staff at night). The bulb flickered badly, and the lamp killed the new bulb too, within 10...

”The staff was very friendly the room was. Very clean and spacious what i didn't like was having to go ask for towels and toilet paper because we had no house keeping yet they charged me a extra 15 dollars a day for the amenities by the way I wasn't aware of this extra charge so I guess house keeping is not included in the 15 dollars extra a day!!!!!!”
