”We were very dissapointed. From the outside, the screened in porch needs repaired, holes everywhere, leaves and old cobwebs had not been swept out, chairs were filthy. Hot tub was dirty with dirt/sand in the bottom of it so we didnt get to use it. From the inside, kitchen counter looked clean until we wiped it off, stove and microwave were greasy. In the bathroom, commode seat wasnt attached and the baseboard heater was broke and unsafe. The curtains in the living room needed washed and the...

”I was very very dissapointed. It was important to stay at a cabin that had a fireplace and a hot tub...the cabin being clean and having adequate heat, should be a given! We were told on day 2 of our 3rd day there, they finally sent somebody out to fix the hot tub and we at the pellet fireplace has been broken and parts were on order. There was no heat in one bedroom and in mine, once it heated up, it smelled of strong dog feces, as though imbedded in the cracks of the tiles and I felt...
