”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. ”There was an accident which caused the electric pole to come down and we had no electricity this morning. There was only one lane to get out of the parking lot and the police blocked some of that. If there had been a fire, we would not been able to get out. Need a second exit from the back parking lot, very dangerous situation. ”

”Staff were lovely and service was great. We loved how walkable it was to shopping and dining options. Parking was easy and the room was clean with very comfortable beds.”
