Mökit – Great Diamond Island

”It was a privilege to have the opportunity to experience this truly amazing property. First of all, the tiny house was immaculate, and every available space was utilized perfectly. The outdoor space was so comfortable, I spent every morning on the deck reading, and we spent every evening around the fire pit. The boys explored the woods around the creek and I cooked three meals a day in that tiny kitchen! It’s hard to believe that four of us were so comfortable, but it is a testament to the hosts...

”Betty's Place was a great getaway for a long weekend. The views and ocean sounds from the deck can't be beat. We experienced an issue with the coffee maker, and David and the team responded right away and dropped off a replacement within about 30 minutes. We would consider coming back!”

”Place was great. Lots of privacy! It was so quiet especially at night as we had cocktails on the deck. Made our 38th anniversary special. Did some fun stuff.Lands End store at end of Bailey Island and beach. Cooks lobster House. Cabot Antique mall and flea market in Brunswick. Had the best blueberry pancakes we ever had at the Kopper Kettle. Popham Beach topped everything off! talked with David at the end of the trip and hope to rent from him again! ”

”Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17)”
