”It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are. ”Gorgeous beach front area that is quiet and is a great deal! Small family run resort/cottages on the north western end of island 45 minutes from Georgetown and 28 minutes from airport. Good communication with host. Resort restaurant did buffet on Sundays. You need to call them if you want service at other times. Free kayaks to use. Paddling to pig island takes only 30 minutes each way. Highly recommend renting a car. If your cottage has a kitchen, bring frozen food and staples...
