”It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby. When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed. She looked po'ed and did not offer me any updates, even though she was obviously on hold. When I asked for a status she simply said she is working on it. ”It was quite a pleasant surprise as well as a very good cost x benefit equation. We only spent a night in Niagara Falls and felt that the choice of hotel was very appropriate. Breaktast was also quite good and I would like to recognize Rekha for helping us with a very plesant meal. We also took the opportunity to visit Niagara-on-the-lake (a must) and the location of the Comfort Hotel was quite convenient for that short journey as well.”

"The hotel has this nice "old grandeur" in the lobby and some common areas, but the hallways look really bad. The rooms are comfortable enough, but out-of-date and in some ways a bit messy (stains on carpet etc.). But it's great value for money."
