”Dollinger's should be charging $40 more per night.
That about says it all, but I will elaborate:
The room was very very clean, did NOT smell.
The employee in the evening and the employee in the morning were trained very well and did a great job interacting with us.
There is plenty of parking.
They provide bags of ice instead of using a noisy moldy ice machine.
Dollinger's does not provide breakfast, but the money we saved on the room cost compared to other hotels, more than covered breakfast at...

”VERY, very basic. I thought the bed was gonna break. There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.”

”The Expedia description said breakfast is included, but, there is no breakfast. The manager simply said Super 8 motels haven't done breakfast in a long time. I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there.
The real reason I am ranking this 3 stars is one,there was a used wet towel in my room (hanging on the hook behind the bathroom...

”Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.”
