”Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. ”

”Warm outdoor heated pool and one hot tub/fire pit area in February while snow still on the ground - was the highlight of our trip here:) wish we had more time (closes at 10) we also had the best breakfast we’ve ever had together! Thank you we will be back. ”

”I’ve been here numerous times over the past few years and have always loved everything about it. However, on this trip, I discovered that we had access to the amenities at their two sister properties, including an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. The other hotels are the Christmas farm inn and Whitney inn at the base of black mountain ski resort. We’ve eaten at both hotels too and we heartily recommend them.
We also took the mixology class with James, which was a real treat. Thank you...

”Old yet quirky inn. Our room was above the kitchen and we were awakened each morning before 7 AM because of the activities below. No one warned us of this. The breakfast was a mixed bag with fruit that was not freshly cut. Day 1 had an ok breakfast, not so much on day two. Overall, we liked our room, but we will not be returning.”
