”This is a lovely property with many extras. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a small kitchenette and a murphy bed in the expansive common area - grandson opted to sleep on the leather sofa. Bed in bedroom was super comfy. Our view was spectacular. We could see 5 mountains! Hot tub was nice and toasty. The jar of marshmallows for fire pit was a nice touch.”

”As a new resort the hotel is in a great shape. Gym is great and the outside pools are nice. If you are not looking for a New England old fashioned charm this is a great choice.”

”We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. The room was spacious and quaint. Unfortunately, despite putting the sign on the door as directed our room was not cleaned. We had dinner at the Inn one evening. Meal was good but waited almost an hour for our appetizer. A new staff member (her first day) was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay and we would return.”

”The hotel is in a great location, next to outlet stores, close to good restaurants, and with really nice mountain views.
The amenities are awesome: clean pools, decent gym, but there was a musty smell when you walked in.
It seems like it was once a really nice hotel, but the A/C units are really loud, and the rooms were not very clean. There were sticky spots on the carpets (candy), trash left in the fridge from previous guests, and the bathrooms had hair in the sink and on the toilet....
