”Lovely room, helpful and friendly staff and good food. Only downside which was out of their control is its almost impossible to get a taxi around there so book in advance if needed.”

”Lovely Village location, and quaint accommodation. I stayed in one of the rooms round the corner from the pub. It was a ground floor room with large bathroom. Things to note: No contact details in the room for reception / pub staff (same thing) No Wi-Fi details - had to go to pub and wait until the barman was free to ask. Only just enough toilet roll for one night for one person (not going to the pub to ask out loud) No plugs near the kettle so had to plug it in on the floor by the door. Food...

”Lovely staff and lovely room though it was very hot even with windows open and fan on. But it was a very very day and night! Brilliant breakfast. I did bang my head three times in doorway to the garden. Perhaps paint the overhead beam red or pink?”

”The Bell Inn was gorgeous it would have received a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the staffing issues. Housekeeping had failed to turn up that day and they hadn’t realised until nearly checking time so we never got into our room until 5.45. The staff dealt with this delay professionally and we were served with complimentary drinks. This caused us a bit of an issue as we had to leave at 6.15 for a meal elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again if in this area.”
