”Loved our stay here-”

”Another amazing stay at the Chateau. The room was excellently appointed. We had access to a full kitchen and the options of lounges and restaurants within a couple minute walk. We were close to everything we needed. Everyone took great care of our family and make sure our needs were addressed. We will be back again.”

”Convenient Parking”

”Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. ”The room itself was nice, the building was not. It was really hard to find. The customer service was great. The check in email they send was very detailed yet it was still really hard to find our building. The parking garage had no spots for us but luckily there was a big parking lot close by for no charge. There was a lot of construction going on.”

”This place is a dump. Super hot and humid outdoor and it's worst when you're indoor coz there's no AC so your roasting on 100° with no fan, no AC and moldy room. You can even open the window due to heat and construction outside that Expedia FAILED to addressed during reservations. Only after the host emailed and informed us that there's construction and the parking was sooo far away. Stay away”

”We had an amazing stay!”

”Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”

”In room coffee filter material not there. In room refrigerator unplugged. Expedia "total fees" did not include $25.00 parking charge forced by location.”
