”This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The lobby is excellent, the staff is excellent and their breakfast is top notch. The only thing I would say could be improved is that the rugs in the rooms should be replaced as they don't look very clean sometimes. I am sure that they are cleaned but they have taken a beating and it's time to replace them. Other than that the rooms are clean and very spacious. We will continue to stay here when we come to Sacramento. ”

”Expensive for what and where it is but clean, nice. The staff goes on auto pilot and doesn’t “Listen” to the customer from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They would save us both time if they slowed down listed and comprehended what people tell them. It’s simply not caring”

”The room was comfortable and clean. The desk staff were kind and helpful. Next time, I will make sure to ask for a room on the non-freeway side of the building as it was a bit noisy.”
