”Construction not complete. Loud HVAC even though fairly new. Thermostat not working. Tiny tv. Poor room lighting. Good price. Clean.”

”We had made a reservation at this hotel and the minute we walked in the place smelled musty . The sheets didn’t look clean and mattress pad had dried blood and urine stains on it. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping and staying in this place. ”

”No frills, no breakfast, thin walls, bare necessities bathroom. It's a place to sleep...as long as the full time residents near your room are quiet”

”This quaint b&b run by the hard-working and delightful Linda and Jim is situated in dog-walking paradise. Capisic Park is well worth strolling to, along with the rest of the lovely neighborhood. Linda churns out a tasty breakfast with plenty of coffee and juice. If you're looking to carb-load for a day of hiking, don't miss breakfast. This is a shared bathroom so be the early bird.”

”Dave and Keleigh (the owners) are wonderful hosts and take the meaning of bed & breakfast to a whole new level. The Brewster House is a quaint, comfortable, and historical getaway and I would highly recommend. The beds are extremely comfy, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was top notch. Dave is a trained chef and you can tell he is passionate about his breakfast menu every morning (it changes!). Both of them are so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoyed staying in the Cape Neddick...

”My experience was very good even when I called to ask questions. When I arrived at the airport and called it was literally minutes before the shuttle came and the check in was prompt. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.”

”This hotel is OLD. Carpet in room was stained, bathroom had hair all over the floor. Towels were not neat and fresh smelling. Smell throughout was not pleasant. Just in major need of renovation throughout. ”

”We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min. ”
