Awful. Arrived 45 minutes early and was told no rooms were clean to check in, desk agent was incredibly rude. I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever! Other guy apologizes and gets me a room, I haul all my things to the second floor and down to the very last room and theres a housekeeper there who asks me what I’m doing. I show her my key and she just starts complaining about the front desk people and angrily stomps me down the stairs. Had to get yet another room, they gave me an “upgrade” which is a joke because all the rooms are the same. Super dated, bad smelling and not very clean even after housekeeping is done.
