Waterfront Green Bay/Door County 3BR

Welcome to our remodeled house on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County.

We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are also multiple boat launches within a few miles.

We have added a hot tub to the stone cottage we remodeled.

Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.
The space
The interior of this house has been completely remodeled and all appliances are full sized and new. There are 2 king beds 1 Queen and bunk beds provide an additional 3 twins and 1 full size beds. The Kings and Queen all have adjustable headrests.

The kitchen is stocked with the basicsl.33
68...pots, pans and silverware and plates for up to 12. Be sure to check out our coffee station with a Keurig Coffee and Expresso maker. The refrigerator is massive.

House has wifi, Dish Network and a 55 inch tv along with a desktop computer and pop up laptop shelf end table. There are several board games as well as puzzles.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property. The washer and dryer are free and located in the lower bathroom.
Other things to note
We do recommend water shoes if you go swimming. There are several rocks close to shore large enough to sit on. Please note there is a leash law and the neighbor will have it enforced. Please clean up any messes and restrict your animals to the yard.

We enjoyed the waterfront location, the hot tub, the many seating areas, the spacious bedrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen! The owner was great to work with! The location is close enough for a day-trip to Door County or Green Bay. Quiet and safe location! We only had a weekend there, but wished we could stay longer!

Beautiful spot for multiple guests

We had a good experience. Beautiful views over Green Bay. There was plenty of room for our family of five. Owners were easy to communicate with. Location was close enough to allow us to day trip through Door County.

Great place for a family!

We enjoyed our family vacation here. We had 11 people sleep comfortably in the house and front cabin. We were about 1 hour drive from all the Door County destinations. Bonfire, grill, and hot tub were very nice.

Wonderful Stay

We chose this location for our family vacation and had the best time. The kids/grandkids had a great time in the hot tub and the access ramp to the bay for swimming. We brought our inflatable kayaks and had a great time paddling around. The kitchen was full of all the pots and pans we could think of needing. This was an amazing vacation for our family.

Heaven on Earth

My family of 11 spent 4 nights and enjoyed every second. We came to shop and sight see in Door County. We found ourselves content to enjoy the place as a family rather than venture out much!

Weekend Fishing Getaway

The location of the home was nice and centrally located to the area where we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and spacious, which was a plus. We were at max group so the space was little tight for us in the living/dining room esp with teenagers and young adults along.

Great Stay in Green Bay

We were coming to town to take our toddler granddaughter to see the Polar Express train. Our hosts were gracious enough to let us check in early so she could take a nap before we went. So gracious, and the house was so well stocked with anything you can imagine. We had a great, but short stay!

Cute lakeside cabin

We had a little mini college reunion for some friends. It's a cute little property literally right on the lake, perfect for a quiet time playing board games and cooking each other food. There's also a little fire pit for s'mores!

Spectacular View

The view of the lake right outside the back door was spectacular. The house was clean, easy to find, and a great place to stay after attending the Packers game. Being just north of Green Bay, it was nice to be able to drive on roads not congested with vehicles after the game as everyone else drove south. I would definitely recommend this property.

Game Getaway

We stayed at this property while spending the weekend for a Packer game. There was plenty of room for our group for visiting, cooking, and sleeping at the house. It was an easy drive to the stadium. Definitely will stay again and possibly return for a summer visit on the lake. Love the area.

Great Green Bay get away!

We choose this property for several reasons. We were able to bring our dog along which always a must for us! The location was perfect because we fished Green Bay all 3 days that we stayed and the fishing was good. We were able to park our boat in the driveway and Bayshore launch is very close. The house had everything we needed. The view was spectacular, especially at sunset. The host was very responsive. Check in and check out process was very easy. Will stay again!
