”The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath.”

”Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

”An older building which had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. It was very clean, everything worked, not as expensive as other hotels in the area, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a problem with parking on the weekend, but we found free street parking (Sunday holiday no charge for the meter) right next to the entrance. Definitely not fancy, but definitely worth staying at. Walkable to all of downtown Spokane, which by the way, is a...

”Very clean facility and staff is courteous. Paid a little extra for the breakfast on our reservation and it was worth the deal for us. One issue we had was accessing our room fridge as it was a tight space shared with the closet sliding door.”

”Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

”Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. ”
