”Always enjoy staying here”

”I was honestly a little disappointed with the stay here. First, my booking was very misleading. My reservation told me I would have two queen beds in my room and I needed one bed for my parents and when we got to the room I had one queen bed and a couch that folded out. I opted to sleep on the fold out couch and give my parents the better bed and the mattress was full of springs and was just so uncomfortable. There was also no toilet paper in our room at check in so I had to go all the way...

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”The pool was not available due to repair. The parking was limited (we had to walk up/down the hill to overflow parking). The faucet in our room made machine gun noise. The room was pretty big and clean. Deli was good. The restaurant bartender was very helpful. The shuttle bus service was great.”

”Our room was not ready. We waited one hour and it still was not ready. We went to dinner and it was ready when we get back to the hotel. The staff was not willing to find a different room for us and offered a free coffee for our inconvenience”
