”This is a WONDERFUL resort! It's in a wonderful setting, near a fun town, and the staff is great. Newman's restaurant, part of the resort, is the best restaurant I've had the privilege of enjoying in several years. A bit pricey, but worth the price. My standard for 5 stars is generally Four Seasons hotels and resorts. If Four Seasons operated a very small boutique inn, this would be it.”

”Not handicapped friendly. Only the Office, Restaurant, and Woodward House have Handicapped ramps. All other facilities seem to have stairs. This place must have been awesome 100 years ago. Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. Hedges are overgrown and block the view of what could be beautiful scenery. Aggressive wasps inhabit the corner siding of the...

”We chose the queen suite. It was very nice and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Very well maintained and we loved the town of Hendersonville. The room had everything we could have needed. I would recommend, for sure!!! We will be back.”

”This Inn was an amazing place to stay. Not your typical B&B. Breakfast were full meuns of your choice, no just cold (stale) cereal. The Inn keeper and his staff were very attentive and helpful. Hightly recommend. We plan to stay there again in the future.”

”They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. ”The room was clean, but you could still smell cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. only If you're a smoker, you'll be fine at this property because everywhere you go, there are people smoking. Someone even decided to leave their dirty socks in the parking spot next to us. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned once while we were eating, and it was dirty, with some people 'packing' multiple plates and cups, which left the breakfast bar empty. Overall, I wouldn't stay again, but for one...

”I was bamboozled with the photos of the room, it didn't look like the photos, it was run down first of all and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in and when someone did come to the desk he was half asleep and asked for our identification then it took him 15 minutes to get the repeated speech out of his mouth about rules and regulations of that badly needed a remodel and renovations immediately dump of a motel, when we got to the room OMG!
