”Property was as described, older cottage and clean. In a very quiet neighborhood up the road from the National Park Sandstone Visitors Center. There was quite a bit of train activity, up to 6 passes in the middle of the night. We knew about it from other reviews and it didn’t really bother us. We woke up and fell back asleep. ”

”Thank you!--Such a beautiful place! We were sold already when the gentle horses came up to us to let us pet them when we arrived but the whole experience was lovely for my husband, 4-year-old, 9-month-old and dog and I. Very comfortable cabin with everything we needed and the hot tub overlooking the forest is stunning after going for a hike. ”Perfectly laid out for a medium sized group such as ours (6 adults) The deck makes this property as it is very generous in dimensions with multiple seating areas, tables and chairs and a spectacular view of the New River as it meanders by, flanked by the hillsides of trees. ”Beautiful location, lovely facilities. My cottage had flimsy boards on the porch, which need replacing. My room was very nice, but also had some structural integrity issues. The floor was very wavy. The uneven floor made it impossible to close the bathroom door. (Thank goodness I was alone.)The HVAC units in the room were not working properly, but maintenance responded very quickly. ”
