Looking for some OC excitement? Ocean City, MD is a short 45 minute drive away. Have the best of everything, right in the heart of the Eastern Shore!

The Sweets Spot has it all - a fantastic location just steps from ALL of the Cove’s fabulous Amenities, beautiful Decor, tons of space, and a fabulous yard overlooking a Tidal Pond to relax and spend time with those who matter most. Grab the kids, pack your bags, and don’t forget the Boat, as this picture-perfect home is just across the street from the Community Marina, and the Marina Club, which houses a fabulous Bayfront Pool, Fitness Center, and Restaurant (Amenity Fees apply).

As you pull onto Port Court, the charming Front Porch calls to you - come and sit a spell and listen to the Tree Frogs sing. Kick off your shoes in the foyer, and let the fun begin! The challenging part will be deciding what you’d like to do first, as there are sooo many things to do here!

You’ll love kicking back in the Living Area on the oversized Sectional and enjoying family movie night on the Flat Screen Streaming TV. There’s even a cozy Fireplace for those chilly off-season stays. The Sweets Spot’s wonderful Open Layout makes it easy to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. Gather on the huge Screened Porch to share stories of the day’s adventures, or enjoy some yard games in the huge yard. You’ll take in Views of a small Tidal Pond from the Porch, and can watch Herons, Egrets, and Turtles basking in the sun.

Mealtime will be anything but a chore in the Well-Stocked Kitchen. With gleaming Granite Countertops, and every gadget you can imagine, the Chef in your family will be quite pleased! Dine in the comfort of Central AC in the Formal Dining Room or the Eat-in Kitchen, or Al-Fresco on the Screened Porch. Not one to cook on Vacation? We’ve got you covered! Take a short stroll to The Marina Restaurant and dine by the water’s edge overlooking the Chincoteague Bay.

The Sweets Spot sleeps 8 more than comfortably in 4 gorgeous Bedrooms. The first 3 Bedrooms are all on the ground floor, with 1 Bedroom upstairs. Bedroom 1 has 2 Twin Beds, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and a lovely Coastal Theme. Right next door, Bedroom 2 has a comfy Queen Bed and Flat Screen Streaming TV. A Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is just across the hall. On the other side of this spectacular home, you’ll find Bedroom 3 - the Master. With a luxurious King Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and a Spa-like Master Bath, you’ll have sweet dreams every night. The Master Bath features a welcoming Soaking Tub, Double Vanity, and Custom Walk-in Shower.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find Bedroom 4 - a private retreat for whoever is lucky enough to find themselves here! With a comfy Queen Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and a Private Bath with Walk-in Shower, it is truly a Junior Master.

Captain’s Cove is loaded with amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week). More of a beach person? One of the most gorgeous, cleanest beaches in America, Assateague Island National Park, is only 20 minutes down the street, or take your boat to one of our awesome sand bars for your own private slice of Paradise. The beauty to discover here on the Eastern Shore of Virginia is truly awe-inspiring.
