1. WHOLE SUITE 77 - DE LUXE KING BED in Master Bedroom + LR with 2 SLEEPING SOFAS

Silver Spring

”This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,”

”I saw no evidence of rodents other than sticky and traditional traps everywhere, including the kitchen countertops. That overshadowed the decent, but sparse furniture and decor. The furnishings are functional and comfortable- but it has an institutional feel, not homey at all. I had to call VRBO to get entry instructions because the host info wasn’t available on the app and when I called/emailed I got no response, that may have been a VRBO issue rather than host though. Overall it wasn’t my best...

”This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. Additionally, the unit...

Washington Plaza Hotel

10/10 Loistava

"Clean and big room. Nice pool."

citizenM Washington DC Capitol

10/10 Loistava

"Clean and nice hotel very close to L’Enfant plaza metro (use entrance/exit B). Friendly service. Tiny room but worked well for us. Only minor complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was kinda lame…but like I said, minor. Enjoyed my stay and very much loved the pillows and comfy bed :)"

Motto by Hilton Washington DC Downtown

8/10 Hyvä

"Had a good 5-night stay here, everything worked. Although the room was snug, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom did the job (thought the night light was a great addition), and the location was superb (although a bit restless in the evenings). Only down side was the sound insulation which was alright, for a couple nights I could hear some machine humming away (fairly loudly) in the hallway, no clue what it was for, but was grateful when it finally stopped. All in all, great place with good connections and a comfortable stay in many ways."
