”The rooms had fun themes, clean, and roomy. The bed in the magnolia room was very noisy but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Parking was easy and the area seems safe to walk around. Amanda was attentive and gave amazing suggestions for dinner and local places to visit. Very pleased with our stay.”

”Our stay was okay. The breakfast was good. When traveling we like the Hilton Hotels. Here in Hagerstown Maryland the staff wasn't the best. Will continue to stay at the Hilton chain of Hotels.”

”Room old and stuffy .. the people there I suppose were extended stay. Like some kind of half way house. .stairway had garage. My room everything was unplugged couldn’t figure out how to work the tv. Phone was even unplugged. We had 2 people 2 nights only 1 bar and 1 shampoo. We had no cups in our room. This is the witst place I ever stayed. Never again ”

”There were mushrooms growing out of and underneath the vanity sink in the bathroom and that clearly means that there is MOLD. TV wasn't set up prior to my stay had to do it myself. Other then that the young lady at the front desk at check in was awesome and very nice.”

”Overall, it was a nice stay. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, my kids loved the taco bar. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had, the air conditioning system was very noisy and the kids had a rough time getting to sleep as their bed was directly next to it. We'd likely stay there again.”

”Front window on first floor had a broken lock. Manager stuffed an aluminum tension rod in sideways for security? Bathroom light was hanging because the tape used for holding it to the ceiling had lost its stickiness. No outlets by bed tables for phone charging. Filthy conditions overall. Poor parking area. Too many people live there on a weekly basis who stay up drinking all night in the parking lot. Pillows are mini and not even big enough for an adult head. This place is ridiculous. ”
