Ainutlaatuinen Lakefront House lähellä Ritz, Sandbar & Boathouse!

Tämä hiljattain remontoitu Lakefront kotiin suunniteltiin perheen hauskaa mielessä! Onko sen uinti, melonta, katsella elokuvia kellarissa, makaavan riippumatossa, snuggling takan vieressä tai paahtamalla s'mores ympäri palo kuoppaan.

Talo sijaitsee viihtyisä, turvallinen Cove iso laituri, josta nauttia järven. Upeat näkymät avoinna vettä paljon. Home sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla toivotulla Richland-puolella järven rannalla ja vain kahden minuutin venematkan päässä joko ylellisestä Ritz-Carlton Resortista tai kuuluisasta Lake Oconee hiekkalaatikkoon.

Alakerrassa on 20-jalkaa-korkeat katot, uudet puulattiat ja seinän ikkunoista avautuu näkymä järvelle. Perhe olohuone on takka, asennettu TV, ruokailutila ja kalusteet veti yhdessä sisustajan silmää. Täysin varusteltu ja päivitetty keittiö graniittiset, ruostumaton teräs laitteet, mikroaaltouuni, jääpalakone, astianpesukone ja kahvinkeitin. Keittiötarvikkeet, liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet ... jopa rantapyyhkeet!

Master Suite yläkerrassa on oma kylpyamme ja parvi lukualue rakkaudella istuin. Master sänky on Kalifornian kuningas ja makuuhuone sisältää kaksi sisäänrakennettua erillistä vuodetta perheet pienimmille. Kaksi makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat pääkerroksessa, molemmissa queen beds.

Kellarissa on valtava olohuone, takka, ja neljäs makuuhuone. Neljäs makuuhuone on kerrossänky täysikokoinen vuode pohjalle, parivuode päälle, ja Twin vyöryä sängyn alla. Kellarissa avautuu patio palo kuoppaan lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä järven.

Aivan kellarissa ovi on karistanut täynnä hauskoja leluja, kuten putket, nuudelit, kajakki ja pelastusliivit. Apua itsenne! Lisäksi meillä on muutamia polkupyöriä käsillä oman nautinnon.

Tämä koti on täydellinen pakopaikka pariskunnille, perheille, pojat tai tytöt viikonloppuisin. Beyond järvi, tämä paikka tarjoaa monien nähtävyyksien, kuten: huippuluokan golfkenttiä Georgiassa, ylellinen Ritz kylpylä, University of Georgia jalkapallo, historiallinen kaupunki Madison, Augusta National Golf Club ja erinomainen lähellä ravintoloita.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. Our family was traveling for a wedding in Georgia and found this amazing lake house. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. We all gravitated to the dock where we were able to just disconnect from technology and laugh and make memories. The host was very responsive and provided great information about the area. Since we came from so far away, that was extremely useful to us! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home!

The property met and even exceeded our expectations. There were no surprises, it was everything promised in the advert. Truthfully the pictures did not do the property justices....breathtaking in person. owner meticulously laid out all information needed for a pleasant experience. There were copious notes and details in the welcome package. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Check-in/out process was seamless! We are already planning a visit in the spring!

The property is great for those who have children who can sleep in the bunk beds. The downstairs was a great inside play area for the children too. The grands enjoyed the water toys purchased from Amazon. They were able to raft, kayak on their inflatable rafts and paddle board on their inflatable paddle board. Being able to use our boat was great so they also could ski and tube. Morning, afternoon and evening boat rides were enjoyed by young and old! Enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores! Owner was available via texts if needed and left lots of helpful information.

This house was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to the lake for a long weekend. The layout of the house worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and games available in the basement. The quiet cove where the house is located was great for relaxing on a raft or kayaking. We were delighted with this home on a quiet cove, it’s proximity to dining options/Publix/boat rental, the beauty of the area and the courteous and responsive communications of the owner. Our kids loved the daily routine of kayaking from the dock and our card games on the deck. We would surely return for another stay here on Lake Oconee.

We loved our stay - grandparents, parents, and four kids aged 5-11. Easy drive from Atlanta. The house was fully stocked with all of the basics - and more! The lower level with the bunk beds was perfect for children - so many games and toys. We loved the kayaks and tubes. My in-laws loved the two minute boat ride to the Ritz. And we all loved the view of the lake from the living room windows and on the porch. Alfredo was extremely helpful and did all he could to ensure we had a great vacation. We hope to return!

My family visited Alfredo’s property for a five nights stay. The location in the cove of the lake is perfect if you have small children and want to avoid boat traffic. We found the layout of the house particularly helpful, because each branch of the family could have a floor with some privacy. This house is full of fun with a ping pong table, multiple games, and foosball. The outdoor fire pit is great for a night of s’mores and chatting. We loved the family-friendly set up, and our host was there for everything we needed. I would book this property again.

Beautiful home to spend the holidays in, by the fire, with the family. Gorgeous lake views and well maintained property. The Ritz Carlton was just across the lake and a great place to take the family for a delicious meal or just to walk the grounds and take in the festive holiday decor. Due the the holiday it was really the only place open. The owner was extremely accommodating and made our visit a great one!

The house is beautiful! Spacious and nicely decorated. Guests’ ages ranged from 12-92. It was great having two bedrooms on the main floor for those who cannot handle stairs. Our son spent every day fishing from the dock. The kayaks were a nice bonus too to go out and explore the lake. We only left a few times to go to the grocery store, play golf and to the jet ski rental spot, all only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house. Great communication with the owner. Hope to return in the future.

This is a great property located on the lake exactly as advertised on the site. Alfredo is a very receptive host who kept in touch and was available when we needed him- whether for local taxis or for how to operate the cable box. We were there for Masters' week so were not in the property a lot- so unfortunately did not use it to its full potential. The deck with chairs, the firepit in the back of the house or the seating area by the dock on the lake went largely unused but is there for anyone to use. The living area inside is generous, well lit and with a kitchen right there to make it very homely. The bathrooms were nice and clean with clean towels and sheets. We would love to come back here and use the place properly.
