The pictures on this listing are false advertising!!!! They may have been taken 20 years ago because the interior and exterior are not even close to the shape that the photos display.
The lobby smelled like sewage and weed. People were hanging out in the lobby and outside the lobby in dirty pajamas. It took an entire 20 minutes for me to even be greeted! There wasn’t anyone in front of me waiting. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and still checked in only to check out minutes after getting the room key due to how disgusting the room was. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Curtains were stained and had water marks as if they had previously been sitting in water. There was dirt on the floor. The shower had mold. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. It also reeked of smoke (I reserved a nontobacco room), and tuna. When I checked out the front desk girl was not apologetic at all and offered no solution. Just told me to speak to Expedia. I’ve been through this before with 3rd party booking and they just told me it was the hotels responsibility to resolve considering the issue was with the hotel. Lesson learned to only directly book with the resort/location!
