TÀmÀ hiljattain remontoitu Lakefront kotiin suunniteltiin perheen hauskaa mielessÀ! Onko sen uinti, melonta, katsella elokuvia kellarissa, makaavan riippumatossa, snuggling takan vieressÀ tai paahtamalla s'mores ympÀri palo kuoppaan.

Talo sijaitsee viihtyisÀ, turvallinen Cove iso laituri, josta nauttia jÀrven. Upeat nÀkymÀt avoinna vettÀ paljon. Home sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla toivotulla Richland-puolella jÀrven rannalla ja vain kahden minuutin venematkan pÀÀssÀ joko ylellisestÀ Ritz-Carlton Resortista tai kuuluisasta Lake Oconee hiekkalaatikkoon.

Alakerrassa on 20-jalkaa-korkeat katot, uudet puulattiat ja seinÀn ikkunoista avautuu nÀkymÀ jÀrvelle. Perhe olohuone on takka, asennettu TV, ruokailutila ja kalusteet veti yhdessÀ sisustajan silmÀÀ. TÀysin varusteltu ja pÀivitetty keittiö graniittiset, ruostumaton terÀs laitteet, mikroaaltouuni, jÀÀpalakone, astianpesukone ja kahvinkeitin. Keittiötarvikkeet, liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet ... jopa rantapyyhkeet!

Master Suite ylÀkerrassa on oma kylpyamme ja parvi lukualue rakkaudella istuin. Master sÀnky on Kalifornian kuningas ja makuuhuone sisÀltÀÀ kaksi sisÀÀnrakennettua erillistÀ vuodetta perheet pienimmille. Kaksi makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat pÀÀkerroksessa, molemmissa queen beds.

Kellarissa on valtava olohuone, takka, ja neljÀs makuuhuone. NeljÀs makuuhuone on kerrossÀnky tÀysikokoinen vuode pohjalle, parivuode pÀÀlle, ja Twin vyöryÀ sÀngyn alla. Kellarissa avautuu patio palo kuoppaan lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ jÀrven.

Aivan kellarissa ovi on karistanut tÀynnÀ hauskoja leluja, kuten putket, nuudelit, kajakki ja pelastusliivit. Apua itsenne! LisÀksi meillÀ on muutamia polkupyöriÀ kÀsillÀ oman nautinnon.

TÀmÀ koti on tÀydellinen pakopaikka pariskunnille, perheille, pojat tai tytöt viikonloppuisin. Cozy cottage with lots of room and great for kid!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. It was a family vacation that we do each year.! Enjoyed the property! There was lots of room for the kids to spread out and play. We rented jet skis and a pontoon. The weekend was full of fun.!

Memorial day family fun

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view was even better in person. Communication with the host was easy—they were responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The location was ideal—close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our family was traveling for a wedding in Georgia and found this amazing lake house. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. We all gravitated to the dock where we were able to just disconnect from technology and laugh and make memories. The host was very responsive and provided great information about the area. Since we came from so far away, that was extremely useful to us! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home!

Amazing experience!

The property met and even exceeded our expectations. There were no surprises, it was everything promised in the advert. Truthfully the pictures did not do the property justices....breathtaking in person. owner meticulously laid out all information needed for a pleasant experience. There were copious notes and details in the welcome package. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Check-in/out process was seamless! We are already planning a visit in the spring!

Family Vacay

The property is great for those who have children who can sleep in the bunk beds. The downstairs was a great inside play area for the children too. The grands enjoyed the water toys purchased from Amazon. They were able to raft, kayak on their inflatable rafts and paddle board on their inflatable paddle board. Being able to use our boat was great so they also could ski and tube. Morning, afternoon and evening boat rides were enjoyed by young and old! Enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores! Owner was available via texts if needed and left lots of helpful information.

Mother/Daughter trip to Lake Oconee

This house was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to the lake for a long weekend. The layout of the house worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and games available in the basement. The quiet cove where the house is located was great for relaxing on a raft or kayaking. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great for the whole family

We were delighted with this home on a quiet cove, it’s proximity to dining options/Publix/boat rental, the beauty of the area and the courteous and responsive communications of the owner. Our kids loved the daily routine of kayaking from the dock and our card games on the deck. We would surely return for another stay here on Lake Oconee.

Family friendly lake house

We loved our stay - grandparents, parents, and four kids aged 5-11. Easy drive from Atlanta. The house was fully stocked with all of the basics - and more! The lower level with the bunk beds was perfect for children - so many games and toys. We loved the kayaks and tubes. My in-laws loved the two minute boat ride to the Ritz. And we all loved the view of the lake from the living room windows and on the porch. Alfredo was extremely helpful and did all he could to ensure we had a great vacation. We hope to return!

Relax and Unwind

My family visited Alfredo’s property for a five nights stay. The location in the cove of the lake is perfect if you have small children and want to avoid boat traffic. We found the layout of the house particularly helpful, because each branch of the family could have a floor with some privacy. This house is full of fun with a ping pong table, multiple games, and foosball. The outdoor fire pit is great for a night of s’mores and chatting. We loved the family-friendly set up, and our host was there for everything we needed. I would book this property again.

Beautiful views!

Beautiful home to spend the holidays in, by the fire, with the family. Gorgeous lake views and well maintained property. The Ritz Carlton was just across the lake and a great place to take the family for a delicious meal or just to walk the grounds and take in the festive holiday decor. Due the the holiday it was really the only place open. The owner was extremely accommodating and made our visit a great one!

Loved our stay!

The house is beautiful! Spacious and nicely decorated. Guests’ ages ranged from 12-92. It was great having two bedrooms on the main floor for those who cannot handle stairs. Our son spent every day fishing from the dock. The kayaks were a nice bonus too to go out and explore the lake. We only left a few times to go to the grocery store, play golf and to the jet ski rental spot, all only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house. Great communication with the owner. Hope to return in the future.

Exceptional property on the lake

This is a great property located on the lake exactly as advertised on the site. Alfredo is a very receptive host who kept in touch and was available when we needed him- whether for local taxis or for how to operate the cable box. We were there for Masters' week so were not in the property a lot- so unfortunately did not use it to its full potential. The deck with chairs, the firepit in the back of the house or the seating area by the dock on the lake went largely unused but is there for anyone to use. The living area inside is generous, well lit and with a kitchen right there to make it very homely. The bathrooms were nice and clean with clean towels and sheets. We would love to come back here and use the place properly.
