The outdoor pool was closed for two days because of some maintenance—they should have given information on the website beforehand so everyone knew. Personally, I would have chosen another hotel because I was with kids and they wanted to use the indoor pool. My daughter left her towel, which she had received two days earlier from her coach. ”AJ the manager in this hotel is the worst in handling this situation. When I checked in, they told me that I get $15 credit for each person during our stay because I am a GOLD Member! They know on their end that it was booked under Expedia! And I even told the front desk about it! They were the one insistent that I get $30 each day of our stay for being a GOLD Member!
