”Very clean, bed so comfy. Loved the roof top balcony. Staff awesome. The only thing we didn’t care for was no cleaning staff came in at all, we went and got new towels from front desk because the “green” plan was to reuse towels and washcloths, but we don’t reuse towels and washcloths and no one emptied trash in room or left new coffee packs for us each day. ”We had a great stay here. Just a couple of issues. We used the online link to pre-register, I even submitted a snapshot of my drivers license. All of this was to speed up the check-in process. When we arrived at the front desk, they had no record of our pre-registration and we had to go all through the process again. Another issue was that we thought the window air conditioner was broken. ”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem.
