”The tub was VERY slippery when I stepped in, like conditioner had not been rinsed away. The shower head wand (I was in a wheelchair accessible room) kept sliding down and wouldn’t stay in place. There was no countertop in the bathroom, either. Plenty of room, though! The room itself was clean and spacious. ”
