”We first thought house was in a questionable neighborhood. But once we settled in, we realized it's just in a older area that is being revitalized. We walked around without feeling unsafe and everyone was friendly. The location was great. We walked to Unity Park and downtown easily. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The beds in both rooms were extremely FIRM, which were uncomfortable to sleep on for us. But someone that likes a hard bed would be ok.”

”I've been doing home sharing for the last two years this place on Adger St. is one of the best stays in a while well located to stores & very close to bus routes if traveling with no vehicle quiet area and property is well maintained with all the amenities you need I travel with a service animal and was well received thanks so much”

”Excellent location in downtown Greenville! Unit was clean, check-in was easy. Only thing to note, it is three flights of stairs to walk-up to the unit with no elevator, which we didn’t realize (but not a huge deal). Great VRBO option!”

”Loved how everything was so close that I wanted to do from the property. Greenville is a wonderful place. I’ll definitely be coming back to visit again.”

”Cozy clean”

”It was perfect just as described. Our fur babies loved being able to go with us. Our host was fabulous and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. She allowed us to check out a little later so our fur babies did not have to sit in a hot car while we were at the Dicey Langston statue dedication in Travelers Rest. We will be returning to the area again late fall this year or early spring of next year and will definitely try to stay at San Soucci.”

”We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home has been recently renovated with many upgrades and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting under the gazebo in the fenced backyard. Great communication with the host, as well. I would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Greenville. ”

”Great house. Convenient and comfortable. Clean. Would recommend and will stay again!”

”Once again, a great experience staying at this unit.”

”Great place to call home in Greenville! Awesome that it’s pet friendly and has a fenced in back yard that keeps them SAFE! Would definitely stay here again.”

”The place was perfectly suited for my wife, our dog and I. The location was excellent! Our host Renee was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time!”

”My wife and I were only here for a night but wish we could have stayed longer. The house looks brand new. It's immaculately cleaned and had nice little extras throughout. Furniture was very comfortable and the big TV had an excellent picture. The kitchen appears to have plenty of supplies, though we did not cook. The coffee corner was perfect. The master bedroom and bathroom was plentiful in size with a very large bathroom and a great shower. We're always careful about location of homes in the...
