”We had a great stay. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was in an older but quiet and well kept neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. Would like to have an icemaker in the fridge but that was it. We would definitely stay there again!”

”The stay was great. The house is set up in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. I was amazed at how much room was available inside and out. Appreciated being able to use the garage which so many homes dont allow. Very comfortable beds! They went the extra mile to make sure it had a homey feel with the extras. The multi-port power outlets on the night stands in each room were awesome. We dont usually find those where we have stayed before.”

”Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”
