”I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. ”Yes the rooms where very clean, but the there where spiders and spiders webs in the kitchen and outside on the covered patio. I also noticed a puddle of water on the stove top, leaking from the microwave. Possibility due to the severe thunderstorm and heavy rain fall. But overall the place was amazing.”
