”I had a terrible experience with the front desk guy assisting over the phone trying to get details for my reservation I wish I would have been able to get his name. I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. ”Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”
