”The kids love how big and deep the pool is. Old carpets in rooms is always kind of icky and housecleaning did not vaccuum the room well. There was cereal and dirt under the bed and bedside table and the lights were pretty dusty. Not a big fan of the bathtub mat due to the dinginess and discoloration. Would rather have a clean white tub. I felt like I should have worn shower shoes in the shower. The AC also kept turning off during the stay and the tv sucked. The room sufficed, especially for...

”The room had odor. Could not change room (fully booked?). Our room was emtied, while we were eating breakfast at 9. Checkout time was 11.”

”Arrival was handled efficiently. Room was assigned on the 2nd floor, however no elevator was available to bring up bags. The front desk clerk quickly volunteered to assist with carrying the bags to our room. How helpful! Room was clean and as presented on the website. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and well stocked.”

”Very disappointed in this property. The rooms were dirty with hair all over the beds and bathroom, blood on one of the pillow cases and sheets of one of the beds, things were in bad shape or broken and not functioning. There was dirt and little bugs on the floor as well. It was very similar in both rooms we had. The pool area was run down with stains in the hot tub and the railing barely attached. I feel they REAL need to refresh the resort and maybe consider a better cleaning staff.”

”Room was clean. Very cold. Had the heat turned up as far as it would go. Laminate floors cold too. Tv quit working. Outside security doors unlocked. No coffee machine or iron. Pretty basic.”

”The rooms were really nice and it was clean. I had an issue checking in and had to wait 30 minutes for my room. Luckily there’s a great little pizza place just down the street and I was hungry so it worked out. The staff were friendly. All in all it was a good hotel. It seemed like a bit of a sketchy area, but I didn’t have any issues.”
