Stop in Grenade-sur-l'Adour, a waterfront fortified town with picturesque streets reminiscent of the ancient fortifications, lined with beautiful half-timbered facades; this is the case of the "Escapade Grenadoise" gîte, a tastefully decorated and modern townhouse with a ground floor and upper floor. You will enter directly through the living room, with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV area, a kitchen with a dining area, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer combination, and a 3-burner ceramic hob, a pantry housing the washing machine. The comfortable staircase leads to 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with triple bunk beds (double bed on the bottom, single bed on the top), a bathroom with a large shower, and a toilet in the bathroom. Baby kit: travel cot, high chair, bath seat. Wi-Fi available. An additional person can be accommodated in the room with 3 beds, €10/day/person. Electric heating, above 8 kilowatts/day. To park your car, there are nearby, free parking spaces. The cottage does not have an outdoor area; there is a cobblestone street in front of the cottage. You will enjoy the central village square, lined with small shops and hosting a weekly market. Cross the bridge and admire the view of the banks of the Adour, heading towards the Notre-Dame-du-Rugby Chapel in Larrivière St-Savin and its small adjoining museum. North of Grenade-sur-l'Adour, in Bascons, the Landes race is celebrated in a dedicated chapel and museum.
