”Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again.”

”Upon check-in, the noise in the lobby was so loud I could hardly hear the attendant helping me. She did little to quiet in the room.
My husband unloaded the car, only to find out we had to go outside down a u-shaped ramp and walk across the pool area, and near the very end of the hotel for our rooms. Now this wouldn’t have been too bad, except we are in our late 60s and early 70s and this was a great struggle.

”They gave me a dirty room at first I told them about it and they changed it. The room they changed me to had a tick in it that bit me. Thankfully I didn't get anything from the bite. Was told they were going to fill up the pool but didn't till the day I left, almost two weeks later. And when I left I gave my keys to the maintenance guy because there was no one at the check out desk. The maintenance guy said they wouldn't be there till 8am. It was 6am when I left because I had a 8+ hour trip....

”We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it ”

”I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. Most hotels at this age/price tend to have some mold around the outside corners of the shower by the bathroom door. None of that here. ”I paid $100 for a room with 1 king bed that you could smoke in , when I got there, they told me that those rooms are not smoking rooms even though the website said it is, and they put me in a double bedroom, which is only a $50 room when I asked if there was a price difference I was told no, it wasn’t until after I left that I realized I was overcharged by $50”
