”WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. Felt like I was in a bad bad dream. Very basic. Woke body hurting, coughing, sore throat. Looked at the air filter, pretty sure black mold. Do NOT stay here. If you do grab a respirator.”

”This place looks nice from the outside, but shows its age once you're inside. Breakfast did not look good, so we passed on that. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well... Needs some updating”

”Having a receptionist splitting every 10 seconds while talking to the customer due to putting stuff in their mouth, is not poor quality but it’s lake of care about the customers.”

”My mom and I booked this hotel for the Men’s College World Series last minute. I love how they had a free airport shuttle so we didn’t need to pay for an uber or Lyft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. It was a short ride from the hotel to the stadium. I do wish they had an elevator and the bathroom shower needs a magnet on the door to keep it closed. The breakfast should have had a few more options but there was a place across to street called...

”We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. ”Paid online with expedia. As soon as we arrive she ask for our the name on reservation. When i tried to pull up confirmation the web cleared and i screenshot my confirmation number. She seem like she deleted our reservation because as soon as i tried to check she sent a message on Expedia to us to say nothing. Proceeded to seem like she was checking us in. ”The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day.”

”The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.”

”Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.”

”Stayed for college world series not as close as indicated to schwab field. Definitely not walkable due to road construction and highways good location for short drive though. Hotel and staff are great-especially Diamond. Clean, nicely decorated and good breakfast choices. Price reasonable for downtown Would definitely stay again”

”The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”
