”Very clean, prompt service, close to everything on the strip”

”I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time.”

”My only concern was the elevators were not conveniently located and the pool was in a poor location. Really a very nice place to stay.”

”The room was not ready!! Beds weren't made. Towels on floor trash everywhere. Said they could not clean housekeeping was not there. Could not get another room all booked. I'm 73 used Expedia lost money and handicapped. Did not need this abuse. I would like our money back!!!!!!! Terrible terrible experience. Was there to watch my grandaughter perform in competition. ”The description is deceiving to say it holds 5 people because a double bed and twin bunk bed but the double is under bunk very inconvenient. Tv in that room cable did not work.”

”We were notified that there was construction occurring on the property during our stay, so the pool and splash area would be closed. The first day construction equipment noise woke me. Later that day, we were notified that our balcony would be stained, so would not be available. We decided to watch a bit of TV only to find that reception was an issue. ”Will stay here again. Prices were low but the rooms were nice. We had a king room and there was lots of open space inside. Breakfast is pretty standard for a free breakfast. That said the biscuit and gravy was good. Staff was friendly and gave us recommendations when we asked. While the property is dated, the rooms were updated and we felt safe.”

”This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.”

”I'm glad they gave us conjoined rooms, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The ac worked well. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, there were many options! We also enjoyed the pool table :)”

”No towels for the pool, Hot Tub (look warm tub with no jets), food on ground around pool both days. AC not working properly. Stood in a inch of water while showering, slow slow drain. No conditioner in shower. The lobby smelled of curry.”
