”The staff and accommodations are excellent! Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!”

”The environment was nice and peaceful. Unfortunately can't say the same about the room. The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. Probably had run out of batteries. About the bathroom - there was no toilet paper holder and they were up by the window. The shower was small and one of the glass doors was really loose and about the fall off. Also there...

”Reservamos una habitación triple y obtuvimos un departamento increíble, las habitaciones muy lindas, con bebidas y snacks de cortesía. Bien ubicado y de fácil acceso. Un perfecto lugar incluso para una estancia larga en la bella Florencia. La única sugerencia para hacer este lugar inmejorable, es hacer el baño de la recámara principal más funcional en el área de la regadera porque al tener un cristal tan pequeño se moja todo el baño, y es imposible evitarlo. Fuera de eso, excelente relación...
